Quick start for the SpotInfo Console—same flow as the homepage Go-Live steps. Full API and integration guides are on the way.

Quick start

Complete these four steps in order. Paste your site script only in step 4.

Create your agent

Choose Revy or Flux, set persona, and define what to collect from users.

Connect knowledge base

Ingest APIs, docs, Drive, and URLs with agentic retrieval.

Configure products

Lead to Conversion rules (Engage, Assist, Qualify) and FlowComplete rules (Detect, Intervene, Guide).
4

Go live

Paste the one-minute script on your site or app and map channels from the console.

Includes the one-minute embed script and channel mapping (widget, WhatsApp, phone, in-app).

Under Intervene (powered by Flux), configure hook triggers—not separate products. Hook types:

inactivity

User idle past threshold on a step.
stuck

Repeated errors or long dwell on one field.
push_to_ui API docs coming soon

Server-side trigger—your backend calls SpotInfo to surface a message or CTA. Full API reference coming soon.
