SpotInfo.ai is a B2B SaaS platform that enables merchants to upload information, which is processed by our Agentic RAG bots to engage with users of the merchants. We provide AI-driven automation and insights for business interactions.

• Merchants are responsible for ensuring that the data they upload complies with applicable laws.
• Users must not misuse the platform, including engaging in unauthorized access or data scraping.
• Merchants and their users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Our use of collected data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SpotInfo.ai, you consent to our data collection and processing practices in accordance with that policy.

• Users must not engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities.
• No attempts should be made to reverse-engineer or disrupt our services.
• Misrepresentation of merchant information is strictly prohibited.

SpotInfo.ai retains all rights, titles, and interests in its proprietary technology, including the Agentic RAG AI models. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose.

SpotInfo.ai may integrate with third-party services, such as authentication providers. We are not responsible for third-party policies or actions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time. We may restrict access if we detect violations of these Terms. 

• SpotInfo.ai provides services ‘as-is’ without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
